Tim Grzesiakowski attended this conference held at the University of Illinois-Chicago. His presentation "Why Doesn't the Chicago Area Have a TDM (Transportation Demand Management) Program?" was selected as one of the sessions attendees voted to hear. Mr. Grzesiakowski spoke about efforts to establish a TDM Program in the Chicago area, which is currently the largest metropolitan area in the United States without a TDM Program.

Bill discussed the TMA's current efforts including the Shuttle Bug program, and Tim focused on challenges the TMA faces due to changes in the employment and commuting markets. Bill discussed the Shuttle Bug program, as well as current area wide initiatives focusing that may impact Northbrook, while Tim spoke on Metra and Pace services in Northbrook, as well as changes impacting the commuting market.
